When I was a boy I most admire interview. I feel very excited.

In fact, I am very excited. For the first two rounds, I worked exclusively for ECHL.com, covering only the games in Newark.  In the Eastern Conference Finals, I was very fortunate to cover all six games — both in the Prudential Center and Madison Square Garden — for The Trentonian.  And now, I get to cover my very first Stanley Cup Finals.  I cannot even begin to tell you what an amazing experience this has been, and the first game hasn’t even started yet.  To be able to interview people I idolized growing up and to have a chance to cover what is, in my mind, the biggest sporting event there is…I cannot tell you what this has meant to me and how happy I am.

No matter how I like to let others knowYou can see my stuff in The Trentonian, as well as The Los Angeles Daily News…and those stories will get picked up in other smaller California papers like the Long Beach Express Telegram, etc.  But, back to my point…that’s a long way of saying that my focus hasn’t been where I thought it would be at this time of year.

Truth is, I’m 29 and haven’t moved up as much as I would assume everyone thinks since I started doing this ten years ago.  This is a huge opportunity for me to maybe get a chance to do something bigger — I’m never been full-time anywhere, just freelance — and my focus absolutely needs to be on hockey right now.  That is not to say that I am ignoring my current beats or have any thoughts of leaving them behind at this time.

I think I am very lucky.

Not everyone can to me so lucky.Given permission by his mother to obtain only one specific permanent marking on his body during his lifetime, Thompson set out to get it.“My mom always said I could only get one tattoo ever,” the 27-year-old said. “And it was kind of getting popular I guess, in 1996 and 2000, for pretty much every Australian Olympian to get the Olympic tattoo. So that was a goal of mine.

“I was lucky enough to do it in 2004. Then obviously winning the silver made it even that much more special.”mlb jerseys wholesale

Thompson and his teammates brought silver medals home to Australia from the Olympics in Athens in 2004, the best result ever achieved for baseball down under. The experience he had as a fresh-faced 20-year-old ranks among the best he’s had throughout his career.

“There’s nothing like playing for your country,” Thompson said. “Those are the guys you grew up with; your best mates you’ve known for your whole life playing together. And there’s something special about the atmosphere that an Australian team carries and just the camaraderie that comes with it.”MLB Jersey

A pursuit of everyone started once their basic needs can be met

It wasn’t until I relocated to Los Angeles, severely alone, with everything I knew left behind, that the question “What am I doing here?” became to encompass more than just my geographical circumstances. The quest every human being embarks on once their basic needs are met, had started in earnest. For some it’s just as simple as following the religious teachings they began to study as children. As to me, I always had trouble believing in an all sentient God that looked down on us and sent us terrible misfortunes on a global scale. But I always envied such blind and unquestioning faith – if there is a God, it’s his fault he made me so argumentative to question his own existence.

Whether there is a God, an afterlife, a parallel universe or spirits hanging around are all questions I stopped bothered asking as there will be no definitive answer. What I am more concerned with is how to live this one and only life I was lucky enough to get: with integrity, passion, fulfillment, compassion, love and ethic principles I could abide by.

Shocking reality of a culture shock, you know?

It should be how you feel the first time you go to the grocery store and realize that you’ll be paying $10 for every gallon of milk you buy for the next two years…and that you will be buying it from a store in which rats run amok and the refrigerated section hasn’t been refrigerated in years, if ever.

But no, that’s not how it works.  Those first moments are never as bad as you think they will be and, in fact, you might even revel in them.  I know I have.  The books call it the “honeymoon phase,” I call it manic denial.

You so desperately want to avoid feeling like a narrow-minded scaredy-cat.  You so badly don’t want to spend the next two years hating your life every time you walk out the front door.  So you put on your brave face, you post tongue-in-cheek “can you believe this?” pictures on your blog, and you tell all of your new friends at Post that yes the traffic is a little terrifying crazy but the food is just so amazing and you are adjusting just fine.  Really, everything is fine here, we’re all fine here, how are you?

You tell yourself and your concerned spouse (who gets to go off to work everyday to an office full of other Americans, consistant internet access and made-in-the-USA staplers) that you’ve got this living-overseas-giant-life-change-everything-is-completely-upside-down-and-different-thing totally under control.

And for a while, you do, you really do.  You can pat yourself on the back for mastering the rudimentary language skills, haggling skills and thick skin necessary to navigate your new everyday life.  The traffic that was once so terrifying fades into the background and you learn how to cross the street with the practiced, death-defying, nonchalant attitude of a local.

London autonomous regions market enjoy life to enjoy cate

Borough Market is one of the largest food markets in London and sells a large variety of foods from all over the world.

We spent a few enjoyable hours there in early Feb 2012, soaking in all the sights and sounds of this fantastic place (plus taking a few photos and tasting various delicious foods).

The covered market is situated in Southwark, just south of the river from London Bridge, and is renowned as a particularly fashionable place to go shopping for your food.

Aren't all things belong to you a person?

I play football, and I consider football as the greatest game in the world. The level of intensity in a game is so high and impressive. My favorite College football team is the Miami Hurricanes. I really like this team, cause they play with a great level of intensity. The Canes are considered the 33rd team in the NFL, as the professional league include only 32 teams. They compete in the Costal division of the Atlantic Coast Conference. They are considering as the best team in college football, which was really the case with the team on 2001, who had a perfect season all the way to the National Championship. The edition of 2001 is considered a being the best college football team ever, as more than 25 players of the team had been drafted. The program of Miami had produced the greatest number of first rounder’s during the NFL draft and the best talent for the next level. The team even record the most players active in the NFL, with 42. The University is even known as being ‘’The U’’. The program began in 1926, and the Canes brought five National titles to their University throughout their existence (1983, 1987, 1989, 1991, and 2001). The current coach is Al Golden and the team is performing at Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. I really like this team, because so much tradition had been around this program and it would a great feat to receive a letter or an offer from this team one day.
